Why Recovery Matters

Every time you exercise, work a physical job, or push through a busy day, your muscles and joints take on stress. Recovery gives your body time and support to repair and strengthen itself.

Skipping recovery can lead to:

  • Lingering soreness and stiffness
  • Inflammation and nagging aches
  • Reduced mobility
  • Fatigue and lower performance
  • A higher risk of injury

The right recovery plan helps reduce inflammation and pain, restore mobility, and lower your risk of further damage.

Our Recovery Services

We tailor every recovery session to what your body needs. Your session may include:

Body Tempering

This was my third time here and I returned for a reason. Kris has the best staff, they're very personable, and most importantly they're extremely detail oriented towards your needs. This time I had some tightness in my back and by the end of the session, it was gone. The machine they placed on it was top notch, and the work they did (cupping and massage) on my tight areas felt amazing. Confident in saying this was the best physical therapy session I've ever had.
